     Gwendolyn “Sue” Conwell, 65, of Peoria, passed away at 7:12 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2012, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, with her family by her side.
     Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2012, at the Church of the Living God Temple #130 in Peoria, with Vice-Chief Bishop Leroy Smith, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
     Sue was born in Peoria on November 22, 1946, a daughter of Josephine (Barton) and True Osgood Sr. They preceded her in death, along with her special uncle, Phil Osgood. She married Edward Conwell in Peoria on March 1, 1969. He survives.
     She is also survived by her sons, Quinten (Angela) Osgood of Minneapolis and Courtney Osgood Sr. of Peoria; daughters, Tracey (Harold Walters) Conwell and Stephanie (Chris) Conwell-Honeywood, all of Peoria; brother, True Osgood Jr. of Texas; sisters, Cynthia Robinson of Peoria and Oneida Johnson of Texas; sixteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
     Sue was a Phlebotomist, for over twenty years, with OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
     She was a member of the Church of the Living God Temple #130 in Peoria, where she was a member of the choir and served on the Usher Board.
     Sue enjoyed word search puzzles, listening to gospel, bowling, spending time at her church and visiting family and friends. She will be remembered as a good wife and mother and a good hearted person.
     Memorial contributions may be made in Sue’s memory to the Church of the Living God Temple #130 in Peoria.
     Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue, in Peoria.
